Proactively monitor, manage and report on execution of deliverables. Your typical day will involve proactively monitoring, managing, and reporting on the execution of deliverables related to Learning Delivery Strategy. Roles & Responsibilities: Develop and implement Learning Delivery Strategy for projects in the Technology Delivery Centers. Track and manage project management office activities related to Learning Delivery Strategy. Proactively monitor, manage, and report on the execution of deliverables related to Learning Delivery Strategy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of Learning Delivery Strategy. Stay updated with the latest advancements in Learning Delivery Strategy and integrate innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Experience in Learning Delivery Strategy. Must To Have Skills:Strong project management skills. Good To Have Skills:Experience in Agile methodology. Good To Have Skills:Experience in Learning Management Systems. Good To Have Skills:Strong communication and collaboration skills. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Learning Delivery Strategy. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in Learning and Development, Education, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful Learning Delivery Strategy solutions.
