Your typical day will involve coordinating with various stakeholders, monitoring project progress, and ensuring that all project objectives are met efficiently and effectively. You will engage in strategic planning, risk management, and resource allocation to drive project success while adhering to established timelines and budgets. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential as you facilitate communication and foster a productive work environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate project meetings and ensure that all relevant stakeholders are informed of project status and updates. - Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Excellent communication skills to effectively convey project information to diverse audiences. - Ability to analyze project data and metrics to inform decision-making and improve project outcomes. - Experience with project management software and tools to streamline project tracking and reporting.
