Job Description

Doing Site survey based on the conceptual drawings received from client.
Assist the planning / design team with the preparation and approval of the shop drawings and technical data sheets and sample submittals.
Preparation and tracking of Project Schedule to monitor timely progress of the project.
Finalization of the Rate with the Business Associates and Issuing the Work order for carry out the works.
Monitor the timely ordering and delivery of the Materials required for project execution.
Ensuring Material Specification and quality as per TDS and standard.
Ensuring MIR report immediately after material delivered.
Maintaining all site expenses with proper manner.
Responsible for carrying out the execution activities as per the required time lines of the customer, conforming to the appropriate execution standards and quality.
Ensuring all work with proper safety measures .
Conducting regular review with Business Associates to ensure the same.
Participating in the Project progress review meeting with the Client on weekly basis.
Preparation Monthly report to client and internal.
Preparation and getting certification of Rework from client.
Preparation of all measurements and getting signature from Client.
Preparation of the pre-commissioning and commissioning report for the equipments involved in the project.
Preparation of Operating and Handing over Manual and establishing Warranty with the customer.
Making as-built drawing along with Drafting Team.
Timely submission of commercial invoice to customer for supply and installation works and ensure a healthy cash flow.
Final closure of job with Cost Variance Report and Material inflow outflow analysis.
