Project Co-ordinator

As an Executive at Victory Arts Foundation in Mumbai, your role will involve overseeing the implementation of dance programs, scheduling instructors, coordinating with NGOs, managing volunteer instructors, maintaining participant records, and coordinating inter-departmentally for smoother workflow. Your responsibilities will also include managing MIS software, operational work in coordination with the Project Manager, conducting visits to NGOs, coordinating events, and preparing reports and administrative tasks as needed. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the implementation of dance programs and instructors on field - Schedule instructors, manage substitutions, and coordinate with NGOs for class changes - Maintain records of classes across NGOS, schools, and workshops, and process invoices - Manage volunteer instructors for the Dance For Good Programme - Maintain participant records and detailed reports for every event - Coordinate inter-departmentally for smoother workflow - Manage MIS software and operational work in coordination with the Project Manager - Coordinate events, plan, and enter student data - Maintain and prepare the IPRS every month end - Perform other administrative responsibilities as required Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Social Work Additional Details: SHIAMAK is a global dance movement fostering creativity and inclusivity through dance and performing arts.
