Will Dance.” Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for an Audio Editor. The Audio Editor will be responsible for editing and mixing audio for various dance and performance productions, ensuring high-quality sound, managing audio recordings during live events, and collaborating with choreographers and performers to meet their creative needs. The Audio Editor will also be tasked with maintaining audio equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, and working closely with the technical team to synchronize audio with visual media. Qualifications Proficiency in using audio editing software Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Audio Engineering, Sound Design, or a related field is preferred Previous experience in the performing arts industry is a plus
You will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of the dance programs, scheduling instructors, coordinating with NGOs, managing volunteer instructors, maintaining participant records, coordinating with inter-departments, managing MIS software, and handling operational work at Victory Arts Foundation in Mumbai. Your key responsibilities include: - Implementing dance programs in the field - Scheduling and managing instructors, including substitutions - Coordinating with NGOs for class changes, cancellations, and substitutions - Keeping track of classes across NGOs, schools, and workshops, and processing invoices - Managing volunteer instructors for the Dance For Good Programme - Maintaining participant records and detailed event reports - Coordinating inter-departmentally for smooth workflow - Managing MIS software - Overseeing all field programs and data records - Visiting NGOs as needed to oversee programs - Coordinating events, planning, and student data entry - Strong coordination with instructors for scheduling classes and workshops - Preparing IPRS monthly - Other administrative responsibilities as needed Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Social Work Skill Set: - Excellent organizational and multitasking skills - Strong verbal and written communication abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software - Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and inclusive environment,
