Job Description

Job Summary To ensure generation of Engineering design deliverables prepared with due diligence after appropriate consideration of clients requirement Ensure timely project execution & encourage First time right approach (FTR). Compliance of all quality measures at each stage as per Master Integrators & ISO standards. Key Responsibilities Engineering Design & Documentation Obtain/assimilate relevant design input from Lead Engineer / Project Lead(PL) / Clients / Vendors at various project stages and incorporate in the deliverables; Preparation of design deliverables and documents as per user requirement specifications(URS); Prepare/Assist in documentation of Instrumentation Design/Control System Design(Hardware/Software)/Erection Hardware Design; Ensure appropriate checking & review of all documents/ drawings before release at any Revision status; Project Building & Execution To program Control Systems as per URS and PRS; Assist in Panel Building; Ensure appropriate checking & review of all Software/Hardware deliverables Ensure prompt Coordination with the other co-workers, vendor interactions, checking and review of vendor documents; Ensure all deliverables including internal FAT are completed in predefined deadlines Document review tracker; Acts as a mentor for GETs as assigned by management. Testing & Quality Preparation / checking of deliverable as per Quality plan. Schedule adherence for job assigned. Installation, Commissioning & Closure Assist in Instrumentation Hardware/Control System (Hardware/Software)/Erection Hardware Carry out all Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) including Installation & Operational Qualifications; To train the Customer Operator and Engineers To capture data and prepare As Build documents Reporting & Approvals Report to Lead Engineer/PL in all functions, communicate all the progress/changes daily in project tracker; Project Task Sheet to be signed off by LE/PL in due deadlines; Escalate/Report resource/logistics/customer issues to PM(Project Manager) or TM(Technical Manager) as applicable; At any stage of the project, if any change is requested by the client resulting in change of material / work requirement as per PRS then to be informed to the PL proactively and to be implemented only post due approvals from PL.
