Srijan Ek Soch is an NGO dedicated to building a self-reliant, healthy, and skilled India through continuous education, health awareness, and skill development initiatives. We focus on holistic societal development rather than individual growth. Our programs include selecting and supporting talented children from local government schools, organizing health awareness camps and checkup sessions, and introducing new technologies and skills for sustainable development in rural areas. We plan skill development workshops in Maharashtra and are setting up a skill development center in and around Kaithi.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Associate located in Rath. The Project Associate will be responsible for managing projects, conducting research, providing training, and performing analytical tasks. Daily activities include coordinating with various stakeholders, overseeing project timelines, conducting workshops, and ensuring the successful implementation of initiatives.

• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the NGO sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Management, or related field
