Project Architect- IHP

Role Overview: As a Project Architect at Godrej Properties Limited, you will play a key role in ensuring customer-centric design enhancements, strategic projects, technological integration, and research and development to drive innovation and excellence in the real estate industry. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with regional design teams and headquarters, identifying market trends, assessing integration of innovations, and managing residential projects to meet GPL standards and customer requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Design enhancement (Customer Joy): Review and verify designs proposed by external architects, ensuring compliance with standard design principles and customer-centric approach - Strategic Projects: Identify inefficiencies, conduct cost-benefit analysis, collaborate with partners, and implement standardization to stay ahead of the competition - Technological Integration: Identify and adopt advanced technology to provide GPL a competitive advantage in terms of time, cost, and quality - R&D: Conduct continuous research on real estate, design concepts, materials, and technologies to create value for business and customers Qualifications Required: - Education: B.
