Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Architect located in Gurugram. The Project Architect will be responsible for overseeing the architectural design and construction processes, managing project timelines, and coordinating with various stakeholders. Daily tasks include preparing and reviewing submittals, utilizing CAD and BIM pipeline, and ensuring adherance to Sustainable principles. The role also involves site visits, client meetings, and collaboration with the project management and building engineering teams to deliver exceptional design solutions. Qualifications 3 years of minimum Experience in Architecture Knowledge of Submittals and Project Management techniques Familiarity with Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) standards Strong communication and team collaboration skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field preferred Professional accreditation or registration is a plus Experience working in a design-oriented firm is advantageous Show more Show less
