Company is a NSE/BSE listed, privately owned Public Limited company with a diversified business model. Our Steel Structure Engineering, Fabrication, and Erection Services division has workshops in Gujarat and Delhi NCR.

Operating in the Energy and Infrastructure sectors for over 12 years, we have successfully executed major infrastructure contracts across India. With our growing operations, we seek dynamic individuals who can contribute to our progress and take ownership of responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely billing and invoicing of all projects.
• Follow up regularly for payments on each invoice.
• Obtain payment advice and reconcile accounts.
• Maintain accurate document control and records.
• Work closely with project and finance teams to meet collection deadlines.
• Travel extensively to project sites for coordination and follow-ups.
• Support project teams in administrative and financial tasks.

Candidate Profile

• 2–4 years of experience in billing, invoicing, or collection coordination (preferably in projects/contracts).
• Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
• Computer savvy with strong skills in MS Office and documentation.
• Pleasing personality with a proactive and “go-getter” approach.
• Willing to travel extensively and stay at project sites when required.
• Ability to work under deadlines and task-driven environments.
