As a practical and people-focused Project Analyst at FNZ, you will play a crucial role in supporting various change and transformation initiatives across the APAC region. Your strong project admin experience within HR or organizational change, ability to manage complex projects, navigate ambiguity, and work collaboratively across geographies will be key to your success in this role. **Role Overview:** In this role, you will be supporting the People workstream of the APAC organizational transformation, contributing to the implementation of the global footprint strategy and new operating model. Your hands-on approach and focus on the people impact will be instrumental in shaping the future of the organization. **Key Responsibilities:** - Drive meaningful change by supporting the People workstream of the APAC organizational transformation - Manage project delivery from start to finish, including building plans, managing budgets, tracking progress, and resolving issues - Work across borders to bring together remote teams, align with colleagues in emerging markets, and support scalable onboarding and HR processes - Support inclusion by participating in designing and delivering Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives - Keep projects on track by monitoring risks, managing supplier relationships, ensuring operational readiness, and implementing lessons learned for continuous improvement - Lead and motivate a virtual project team, guiding them to stay focused and accountable across different locations and time zones **Qualifications Required:** - Strong project admin experience, preferably within HR or organizational change - Proven ability to manage complex projects in dynamic environments - Confidence in navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities while ensuring project delivery - Excellent communication skills to keep stakeholders informed, engaged, and aligned - Experience working across geographies and with distributed teams - Collaborative and grounded leadership style that builds trust and drives outcomes FNZ is a global tech company dedicated to empowering investment platforms for major financial institutions, providing secure, fast, and flexible wealth services at scale.
