Classified:Hsa Adv hiring Infra/Proj Sr.Associates & Associates for Mumbai Classifieds: HSA Advocates hiring Infra/Projects Sr. Associates and Associates for Mumbai Legal Classifieds, Legal Jobs 23 Jul 2016, 3:00 am HSA Advocates is offering roles for mid to senior level lawyers to join their Infrastructure, Energy and Projects practice based out of Mumbai. All roles will report to the senior management team of HSA Advocates. ROLE: The work is fast moving, technical, bespoke, real world and practical. You will work on a broad array of assignments which will include non-transactional as well as transactional work. The Infrastructure, Energy and Projects practice advises leading corporations, sponsors, banks, government bodies, as well as financial institutions, on all aspects of project. The spectrum of work will include diverse areas, from power, to oil and gas, renewable energy to water and waste, rail, airports, ports, roads and social infrastructure. The role also requires getting involved in new business development and marketing initiatives. YOUR PROFILE: You have a bachelor s or a master s degree in law At least 5 6 years of experience in a law firm for the Senior Associate role and 3-4 years experience in a law firm for the Associate role. Experience working in Infrastructure, energy and resources sectors on high profile, long-term and large-scale projects. Knowledge of bid and proposal management, PPPs, concessions and acquisition, construction contracts, EPC, O&M, project financing structures / contracts. Strong hand in commercial analysis, contract drafting and negotiation, due diligence and project management. Good and effective communication skills You should have experience in the following areas: Managing multiple transactions from engagement to completion, including supervising and coordinating other junior team members Developing and demonstrating resilience and autonomy whilst maintaining the highest levels of client care and standards, taking responsibility for calling on your seniors for supervision and guidance where appropriate Substantial experience working on cross-border transactions Developing familiarity with likely issues and challenges and demonstrating an ability to manage all aspects of the transaction to get the deal done Initiating, developing and maintaining client relationships through, amongst other things, networking, targeted business development initiatives and assisting with formal responses to requests for proposals.
