Summary:As a Process Design & Visualization Consultant within the Non-Production Environment team, you will play a critical role in analyzing, re-engineering, and visually communicating our operational workflows and processes supporting development, testing, and staging environments during transformation projects. You will collaborate closely with engineering leadership, environment engineers, development teams, and other stakeholders to map current state processes, identify areas for improvement.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate regular team meetings to ensure alignment and progress towards project goals.- Develop and maintain project documentation to track progress and communicate updates effectively. Skills:

IT Org Design, IT Process Design, PPT, Excel, ServiceNow.- Good To Have
Skills:

Experience with ServiceNow, Agile Process Coaching, Operations Process Design and Implementation.- Strong analytical skills to assess project requirements and outcomes.- Ability to create and implement effective project plans and timelines.- Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Process Design Mapping and Analysis.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification
