You will leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. Your typical day will involve overseeing and managing the progress of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. You will also be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks, resolving issues, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Oversee and manage the progress of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. Identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues that may arise during project execution. Ensure the successful delivery of projects within scope, schedule, and budget. Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project updates effectively. Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk registers. Lead project meetings and facilitate effective communication among team members. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior project management professionals. Conduct project post-mortems to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned. Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in project management. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes and methodologies. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Avanade Scrum Project Management. Good To Have Skills:Experience with C# Programming Language, Agile Project Management, C++ Programming Language. Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices. Experience in leading and managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Ability to analyze and solve problems, and make informed decisions. Proficient in using project management tools and software. Knowledge of risk management and mitigation strategies. Experience in managing project budgets and financials. Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities. Strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire project teams. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Experience in Agile project management methodologies. Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes. Familiarity with project management frameworks such as PMBOK or PRINCE2. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Avanade Scrum Project Management. This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
