You will leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements, ensuring successful project outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME. Collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Lead and mentor junior professionals. Ensure effective communication within the team. Drive continuous improvement initiatives. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Retirement Planning Services. Strong understanding of financial planning principles. Experience in managing retirement portfolios. Knowledge of regulatory requirements in retirement planning. Ability to analyze and interpret financial data. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Retirement Planning Services. This position is based at our Pune office. A 15 years full-time education is required. Qualifications 15 years full time education
