You will leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. Your typical day will involve overseeing the progress of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve successful outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. Manage and lead the execution of assigned programs and projects. Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resources. Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve successful project outcomes. Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Program Control Services. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices. Experience in managing and leading complex programs and projects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good To Have Skills:Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project or JIRA. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Program Control Services. This position is based at our Gurugram office.
