Project Role :Program/Project Management Lead

Project Role Description :Manage overall delivery of a program or project to achieve business outcomes. Define project scope and monitor execution of deliverables. Communicate across multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, issues and outcomes.

Summary:As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will oversee the delivery of programs or projects to achieve business objectives. You will define project scope, monitor deliverables, and communicate with stakeholders to manage expectations and outcomes effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.

Should have influencing and Advisory skills.

Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Provide solutions to business area problems.

Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Develop and implement project plans, including timelines and resource allocation.

Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks proactively.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in System Integration Delivery Management.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.

Experience in managing complex integration projects.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to analyze project data and make data-driven decisions.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 18 years of experience in System Integration Delivery Management.

This position is based at our Mumbai office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
