Summary: As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will manage the overall delivery of a program or project to achieve business outcomes. Your typical day will involve defining project scope, monitoring the execution of deliverables, and communicating effectively across multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, issues, and outcomes. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the project aligns with the strategic goals of the organization while fostering collaboration among team members and stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate regular meetings to ensure alignment and address any challenges that arise. - Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to keep the project on track. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks. - Experience in stakeholder management and communication strategies. - Ability to analyze project risks and develop mitigation plans. - Familiarity with project management tools and software. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Microsoft Power Apps. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
