You will leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. Your typical day will involve overseeing the progress of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables. - Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. - Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets. - Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. - Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members. - Provide guidance and support to project team members. - Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards. - Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices. - Mentor and coach junior professionals to enhance their skills and capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Infosys Finacle. - Strong understanding of program and project management principles and methodologies. - Experience in leading and managing complex projects. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Good To Have Skills:Experience with Agile methodologies. - Knowledge of financial services industry. - Experience in stakeholder management. - Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive informed decision-making. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Infosys Finacle. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
