Summary:As an SAP Program/Project Management Lead, you will oversee the comprehensive delivery of SAP programs or projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Your typical day involves defining project scopes, monitoring the execution of deliverables, and facilitating communication among various stakeholders to effectively manage expectations, address issues, and achieve desired outcomes. You will engage in strategic planning and problem-solving, ensuring that all aspects of the project are on track and aligned with organizational goals. Your role will require you to adapt to changing circumstances and provide leadership to your team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME in any of the SAP Functional areas- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.- Facilitate regular meetings to ensure alignment and address any project challenges.- Mentor junior professionals to enhance their skills and contribute effectively to the team.
