Job Title: Programmer - PHP Location: Corporate Office – Kannur, Kerala Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Experience Required: Minimum 2 years Salary: Starting from ₹25,000 per month (Negotiable based on skills and experience) Job Overview: Silicon IT Solutions Pvt Ltd is hiring a PHP Programmer to join our Support Team in Kannur. The ideal candidate will have experience in PHP and PostgreSQL , and be responsible for analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to our core banking software and digital banking applications. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support for web-based applications developed in PHP and PostgreSQL . Analyze error logs, database issues, and backend code to identify root causes. Respond to support tickets from banking clients in a timely and professional manner. Coordinate with the development team to escalate critical bugs or enhancements. Write and maintain scripts to assist with troubleshooting and automation tasks. Maintain clear records of support cases, resolutions, and knowledge base articles. Ensure high uptime and smooth functioning of client environments. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in PHP and PostgreSQL . Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. Understanding of relational databases and ability to write complex SQL queries. Familiarity with Linux-based environments and basic system commands. Excellent communication skills and a client-oriented mindset. Ability to document issues clearly and follow up until resolution. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
