Program Specialist

You will be joining IMS Learning Resources Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai as a full-time Program Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for program management, conducting analytical tasks, communicating with stakeholders, delivering training, and ensuring high levels of customer service. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and managing test prep programs for exams such as AILET, CLAT, CET, GRE, GMAT, SAT, and IELTS. You will be in charge of the entire lifecycle of these programs, from creation to development. Monitoring student outcomes, engagement, and feedback will be essential to drive continuous improvement. Utilizing data-driven insights, you will optimize the student journey and sales funnel. As a Program Specialist, you will also play a key role in marketing and brand enhancement. This will involve defining and executing branding strategies, creating quality marketing collaterals, and leading digital campaigns across various platforms. Managing social media presence and website content to ensure alignment with the brand tone and engaging target audiences will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will act as a central coordinator across tech, sales, and marketing teams. Your ability to align internal stakeholders around product launches, campaigns, and initiatives will be crucial for the success of the programs. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Ideally, you should have 1 to 2 years of experience in product marketing, particularly in the education or test prep industry. Strong storytelling and communication skills, along with the ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple projects, are essential. Experience with marketing analytics tools and customer insights methodologies will be an advantage.
