You are a detail-oriented and proactive Contingent Workforce Operations Specialist responsible for managing and supporting the end-to-end operations of the contingent workforce program. Your role involves utilizing tools like Fieldglass, CLM, and ServiceNow to ensure smooth onboarding, compliance, reporting, and communication between suppliers, hiring managers, and internal teams. Your key responsibilities include overseeing operations for contingent workers, such as onboarding, offboarding, contract amendments, and bill rate adjustments. You will facilitate the execution of various agreements by coordinating with suppliers, legal teams, and program managers. Additionally, conducting orientation sessions for new contingent workers and generating operational reports using Fieldglass are crucial aspects of your role. Monitoring timesheet submissions, managing ServiceNow tickets, driving process automation initiatives, and supporting supplier onboarding in Fieldglass are also part of your responsibilities. Actively participating in internal audits to ensure compliance and operational accuracy is essential. To succeed in this role, you should have at least 3-5 years of experience in contingent workforce operations or a similar role. Proficiency in tools like Fieldglass, CLM, ServiceNow, and MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, is required. Strong communication, coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while meeting tight deadlines are crucial. An analytical mindset focused on process improvement and automation is also necessary. Preferred qualifications include experience in a global or large-scale enterprise environment, familiarity with contract and vendor management processes, and exposure to HRIS or VMS platforms.,
