Program Operations Manager

As a Program Operations Manager at our organization, your role will be crucial in supporting the effective implementation of our lighthouse programs. You will be responsible for managing documentation, reporting, internal coordination, and team support functions to ensure program efficiency and provide valuable insights for decision-making. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain comprehensive documentation of program activities, internal meetings, and field updates. - Draft, review, and share regular program reports with both internal and external stakeholders. - Prepare presentations, summaries, and case studies to showcase program impact. - Serve as the primary contact for team-related operational and HR concerns. - Coordinate with the HR team on leave tracking, onboarding, and team well-being. - Facilitate team meetings and learning sessions. - Act as a bridge between LH teams, leadership, and support functions to ensure smooth communication flow. - Assist in documenting team reviews, partner meetings, and field visits. - Review program dashboards and highlight trends and insights for program impact delivery. Qualifications: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Public Policy, or a relevant discipline. - Minimum 5 years of experience in program operations or related roles in the development/non-profit sector. - Strong collaboration skills. - Excellent documentation, reporting, and written communication abilities in English. - Proficiency in handling HR coordination and team engagement professionally. - Comfortable with data handling tools like Excel and Google Sheets for basic data analysis. - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple tasks and timelines. - Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with field teams, partners, and leadership.
