Role Overview We are looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented Program Manager (Sales) to design, execute, and manage strategic sales programs aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for streamlining sales operations, building performance tracking mechanisms, and ensuring seamless onboarding and training of new team members. This role requires strong analytical thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to create impactful reports and presentations for leadership. Key Responsibilities • Design, execute, and manage sales programs aligned with business objectives, owning the end-to-end execution journey. • Streamline sales operations by tracking performance metrics through analytics and dashboards. • Drive onboarding and training programs/processes for new joiners, ensuring their success and productivity. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, etc.) to align initiatives and ensure smooth execution. • Develop impactful presentations and reports for leadership to drive strategic decisions. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred. • 3–5 years of experience in sales operations and program management. • Proficiency in advanced Excel and PowerPoint. • Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
