Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams in delivering complex fintech solutions. The role involves managing multiple interdependent projects, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with business objectives while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and oversee multiple projects within the fintech domain, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines
• Create and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, and resource allocation plans
• Collaborate with SFB/NBFC partners to understand requirements and ensure successful solution deployment
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, internal teams, and leadership
• Manage dependencies across engineering, product, compliance, and business teams
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies; develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and business analysts, to deliver high-quality outcomes
• Work closely with the tech team to ensure the seamless integration of solutions tailored to the unique needs of the clients
• Define KPIs, track progress, and generate regular updates for stakeholders
• Ensure all programs adhere to financial regulations, security protocols, and industry standards relevant to NBFCs
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. MBA from a premier institute along with an engineering degree in computer science would be a highly preferred combination
• 10+ years of project/program management experience, with at least 3 years in fintech/financial services
• At least 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst preferably in Fintech/Financial services domain
• Strong understanding of BFSI operations
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools
• Proven track record of delivering complex technology programs
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• PMP certification preferred
• IIBA certification would be an added advantage

Technical Knowledge:

• Understanding of lending platforms, payment systems, and financial software
• Knowledge of API integrations and microservices architecture
• Familiarity with data security standards and compliance requirements
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Microsoft Project, etc.)
