Job Description

As a Marketing Research Specialist, you will play a crucial role in creating collaborations with academic and research institutes to generate digital IPR for MSIL from sponsored research. Your responsibilities will include exploring partnerships and projects with academia and research institutes to enhance company competitiveness and profitability. You will be tasked with identifying technologies that can be transformed into business models or applications. Conducting research on product information across different categories, facilitating project ideation through brainstorming sessions, and performing market and competitor analysis will also be part of your key responsibilities. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying real needs and opportunities for research proposals, collaborating with external agency partners to support consumer research, and presenting findings to management through MS Excel or PowerPoint presentations. It will be essential for you to report and escalate any issues that may impact the timely completion of research projects and budgets. Furthermore, you will need to drive projects based on genuine market demands, design and implement consumer research studies, and create an ecosystem with various user groups both internally and externally. Your role will also involve ensuring clear communication and interpretation of actionable research and consumer insights to a wide range of stakeholders. Drawing insights from data, connecting knowledge bases, and utilizing analytics and measurement capabilities using statistical tools are key aspects of this position. Mobilizing research on regulations affecting innovation, conducting annual conferences to identify key research areas in the mobility sector, and organizing workshops to raise awareness among educational institutes will also be part of your responsibilities. **Qualifications:** - Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's degree (4-year), MBA, Masters preferred **Work Experience:** - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing research - Maximum 10 years of experience **Behavioral Competencies:** - Interpersonal skills **Technical Competencies:** - Proficiency in MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint - Research Experience - Secondary Research Capability,
