This role will focus on three key areas:
1. Tech/Product Related Programs: This includes initiatives such as CRM implementation for sales, automation of the Lead assignment logic, and managing the Partner Portal project.
2. Internal Programs: Managing performance, hiring, and the AMP program.
3. Efficiency Programs: Driving initiatives related to Brand Partner efficiency.
- Program Manager Profile:
- 3-5 years of experience in Growth, Business, or Program management.
- Preferably from fast-growing companies or startups.
- Demonstrated experience working closely with Leadership teams.
