About the Role

Were looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Program/Project Manager to manage cross-functional initiatives, drive timely project delivery, and ensure alignment across business, tech, and operations teams.

You’ll play a key role in planning, tracking, and executing projects while enabling teams to deliver impact efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end project execution from requirement gathering to delivery.
Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and risk trackers.
Coordinate between product, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
Track progress through status reports, sprint reviews, and dashboards.
Identify bottlenecks early and drive resolution through structured follow-ups.
Maintain strong governance through documentation, SOPs, and review mechanisms.

Ensure adherence to quality, cost, and timeline goals

Qualifications & Skills

Education: MBA/PGDM from a Tier-1/Tier-2 institute preferred.
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in insurance, fintech, or related financial services with exposure to GTM and growth roles.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on execution.
