Reporting to: India Marketing Head
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing & Communications Manager to join our team. This role requires 6 to 8 years of experience in marketing, communications, and project management, with the ability to handle both small- and large-scale campaigns. The ideal candidate should be highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, possess strong project management skills, and have a keen eye for design and branding. This is a hands-on role that involves working closely with cross-functional teams and directly supporting the India Marketing Head.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and oversee marketing and communication campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Project Management: Lead and manage multiple marketing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, leadership, HR, branding, and operations to drive marketing initiatives.
Content & Presentation Design: Develop compelling PowerPoint presentations and reports, with strong storytelling and visualization skills.
Data & Analytics: Use Excel to track campaign performance, create reports, and generate insights for data-driven decision-making.
Brand & Industry Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of the companys brand, industry trends, and business priorities to drive strategic initiatives.
Hands-on Execution: Actively contribute to the day-to-day operations of the marketing and communications team while supporting the India Marketing Head.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Experience: 6 to 8 years of experience in marketing, communications, or project management.
Project Management Expertise: Proven ability to manage multiple projects, campaigns, and initiatives with strong organizational skills.
Technical Proficiency:
Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, dashboards, reporting).
PowerPoint expertise with strong presentation design skills.
Basic graphic design skills (preferred, not mandatory).
Communication & Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills to work cross-functionally across teams.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to align marketing efforts with business goals while understanding industry trends and the organizations positioning.
Proactive & Hands-on Approach: A self-starter who can take ownership of tasks, work independently, and drive projects to completion.
