Key job responsibilities: 1. Ability to utilize exceptional problem solving and communication skills to influence operations and business stakeholders 2. Deep dive on daily operational metrics, identify gaps and suggest long term actions to meet organizational goals 3. Execute strategic plans on ground in collaboration with other stakeholders 4. Lead or contribute in national level projects on quality improvement/ operational excellence/ cost optimization 5. Invent and Simplify work flows to build process automation and Hands of the Wheel approach with partner teams 6. Earn trust with partner teams to execute routine and unique tasks more efficiently - 3+ years of program or project management experience - 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience - 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience - Bachelors degree - Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL - Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
