Client :

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Overseeing multiple related projects to achieve strategic organizational goals, requiring them to manage budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholder communications, ensuring alignment with long-term objectives
• Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives
• Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement
• Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance
• Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached
  

Techno Functional Role

• Knowledge of basic SDLC cycle
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant Salesforce basics certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified admin etc..) - Not mandatory but an added plus
  

Requisite Skills

• Basic knowledge of retail loan and workflow based implementations or in a similar environment with 7-8 years of experience
• Experience of Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, propose innovative solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and ensure the best practices for code quality, performance, and scalability.
