Program Manager- EDD

As a Program Manager- EDD at Hero Motocorp in Jaipur, your role will involve providing technical input, coordinating, and guiding project teams consisting of engine design, testing, and development engineers. You will represent the respective Model Line in all engine-related issues to other departments and functions. Additionally, you will support in defining new engine concepts, monitor global market trends, guide and coordinate engineers in projects, and ensure timely completion of tasks at the best quality level. Your academic qualifications should include a BTech or MTech from a renowned institute along with project management/management courses. Technical skills required for this role include a solid background in internal combustion engines, hands-on expertise in design or development, understanding modern engine development processes, and a proven record of work on gasoline and two-wheeler engines. You should also possess expertise in design for cost and production, experience working in a global context, and knowledge of the IT resources/hardware needed. In terms of behavioral skills, you should have a strong team-building capability, willingness to share experience, be keen on new ideas and technologies, and have a dynamic and proactive work approach.
