Program Manager Contingent Workforce Operations

As a dynamic and detail-oriented Program Manager, you will lead our Worker Tracking Services team within the Contingent Workforce Program. Your role will be crucial in overseeing seamless onboarding and offboarding processes, managing ServiceNow (SNOW) tickets, and upholding operational excellence through SLA adherence and performance reporting. Your key responsibilities will include end-to-end worker lifecycle management, supervision of onboarding and offboarding workflows to ensure compliance and accuracy, monitoring and management of SNOW ticket queues for timely resolution within SLA, as well as mentoring a team of 10 members. You will play a vital role in ensuring all actions and processes are executed within defined SLAs, identifying process gaps to drive continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline operations. In addition, you will be responsible for generating and analyzing operational reports to track performance, SLA adherence, and team productivity. Presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders will also be part of your role. As the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, you will coordinate with HR, IT, and vendor partners to ensure the smooth execution of workforce processes. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in program or operations management, preferably in contingent workforce or HR operations. A strong understanding of ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems is essential, along with excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. An analytical mindset with experience in reporting and data-driven decision-making will be beneficial, along with the ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.,
