Job Purpose: This position is responsible for driving key Initiatives like revenue per case, dealer programs and enhance dealer app usage. Also, responsible for conceptualizing & implementing strategies for improving revenues as well as upgrading dealers to upper categories with the dealer reward programs. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for driving Revenue Per Case (VAS Product Penetrations) across the country Engaging with VAS vendors for VAS product enhancements Digitization of VAS product journeys (end-to end) Implementing strategies for improving revenue, adding up new features to the VAS products to increase the penetrations and acceptability in the market Manage Dealer Reward Program and upgrade dealers to upper categories Upgrading dealer app features along with IT/Product teams Coordinating with Sales Team and driving Revenue Per Case/Dealer Management Reviewing the initiatives and reporting Travelling across locations to identify opportunities / gaps to improve the products and increase the acceptability of dealer reward program and enhance dealer app usages Job Requirements: Graduation / MBA 8+ Yrs experience in Product Management / Sales / Key Account management Drive and initiative, strong commitment, ability to take ownership High level of integrity, professionalism and attention to detail Experience in business analysis & key account management Strong strategic, Analytical, Interpersonal and Convincing skills Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Strong communication and team / relationship management skills Problem solving and decision-making skills Ability to handle ambiguity and incomplete information
