Program Manager

You are seeking a dynamic Program Coordinator to drive marketing, sales, branding, and promotions for Clogic Softtechs services, including training & placement programs and consultancy services. Your main responsibilities will include developing and executing marketing strategies, generating leads, building strong brand awareness, and enhancing business growth. Your key responsibilities will involve developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies to promote training & placement and consultancy services. You will also be responsible for planning and executing branding campaigns, building partnerships with educational institutions, corporate clients, and industry stakeholders, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, conducting market research, organizing promotional events, and developing marketing materials for digital and traditional marketing channels. To qualify for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, along with proven experience in marketing, sales, branding, or business development. You should have a strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and customer engagement. Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills are essential, as well as the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
