Program Manager Campus Operations

As a Program Manager Campus Operations at our new Ranchi campus, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of campus operations. Your role will include ensuring the readiness of classrooms, seminar halls, and guest residences for academic sessions and events. You will also oversee the facilities management, including upkeep of buildings, outdoor spaces, landscaping, cafeterias, and waste management. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure readiness of classrooms, seminar halls, conference halls, Guest residences for academic/quasi-academic sessions/ events. - Maintain high-quality facilities management in academic and residential buildings, outdoor spaces, landscaping, cafeterias, waste management, etc. - Manage operations, repair & maintenance of all facilities on campus, including buildings, electrical and plumbing systems, HVAC, etc. - Efficiently manage F&B services on campus for students and members. - Oversee medical services on campus, including the medical centre, ambulance, and medical personnel. - Responsible for security arrangements on campus, including security personnel, biometric systems, CCTV network, QRT vehicles, etc. - Ensure high standards of fire safety compliance and training of members and students. - Adherence to standards set by regulatory authorities on pollution, medical and fire safety, labor norms, security, etc. - Provide operational inputs to construction projects to meet infrastructure standards for academic programs. - Create necessary facilities for academic programs and student well-being. - Handle all procurement cases related to operations and academics, including contract management, AMC, online, and offline procurements. Qualifications Required: - 12 to 15 years of operational experience in a leadership capacity. - Strong critical thinking skills and ability to suggest alternatives. - Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills to foster teamwork and collaboration.
