Program Manager 1

Additionally, you will be expected to encourage collective decision-making, goal setting, and conflict resolution within the team. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in project management or a technology-related field. Strong communication skills are essential for effective collaboration and stakeholder management. Possessing certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), or Project Management Professional (PMP) would be advantageous.
