• Creating micro plan for development phase meeting
• Customer deliverables TKO to SOP.
• Development process and activities.
• CFT interface to ensure customer deliverables are met.
• Vendor development follow up to complete Tooling, CF manufacturing, Welding fixture &Robot.
• APQP & PPAP approval
• Experience working with Tooling & Manufacturing team to streamline projects handover
• Development in packing concept and approval
• Sound knowledge in process change.
Manage customer requirements & New product sample preparation and new line setup.
Ramp up period calculation & Mass production start up
