18+ years of total IT experience,At least 6+ years of hands-on experience in managing and delivering large programs as a Delivery/Program Manager At least 2+ years of experience in managing projects using Agile methodologiesExperience in leading multiple client delivery, meeting revenue, gross margin and client satisfaction goalsTechnical expertise in Digital Technologies includes Data Analytics, IoTAwareness in DevOps and CI/CDAwareness in Cloud implementation - Azure, AWSExpertise in development processes (agile, iterative incremental and other latest methodologies), quality and testing best practices.
Must have experience in delivering Fixed Price Programs/ProjectsMust have experience in owning and delivering Proposals/Pre-sales activitiesProven working experience in program/project management and associated processesProgram/Project planning, tracking, and Reporting with KPIs and SLAsDevelop and control deadlines, budgets and activitiesCoordinating the projects and their interdependencies
