Program Coordinator

You will be responsible for coordinating program related events such as workshops, symposia, and national and international Scientific Events. Your duties will include designing scientific/technical sessions for conferences, inviting professors, Assistant, Associate from Universities, Directors, Managers, and Executives from Reputed companies worldwide. You will serve as the main point of contact for Program chairs, session chairs, scientific committee, and invited speakers. Additionally, you will handle conference content and all conference-related communications, Content Marketing, or Content Manager tasks. Your role will involve forming organizing committees and scientific squads with top-quality scientists in specific research fields, staying updated on new findings in related research fields, and providing valuable information to the scientific community to ensure successful events. Furthermore, you will be tasked with planning and executing various marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor/Master's degree in Science/Pharma/Biotechnology, research skills, excellent communication, listening, sales, and negotiation skills. You should possess drive, initiative, motivation, attention to detail, the ability to analyze and research information, creativity in identifying target audiences, knowledge in optimizing landing pages, strong analytical skills, and data-driven thinking.
