System Administrator/Network Administrator

As a System Administrator/Network Administrator at PULSUS HEALTHTECH LLP in Chennai, you will be responsible for performing daily system monitoring, ensuring the integrity and availability of all internal resources, systems, and key processes. Your duties will include reviewing system and application logs, implementing security protocols to prevent potential threats, and administering Active Directory User Objects and Computer Objects. Additionally, you will be in charge of administering servers, desktop computers, printers, switches, IP phones, software deployment, security updates, and patches. Maintenance of system efficiency, support for users" desktops, laptops, and mobile devices (including iOS), network maintenance, troubleshooting, problem resolution, system backup procedures, monitoring usage and network traffic, maintaining access control lists and security protocols, and creating and maintaining network-related documentation will also be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will be accountable for managing technical inventories, installing, supporting, and maintaining all network servers and devices, supporting LANs, WANs, Network Segments, Internet, and Intranet Systems. You will identify and troubleshoot computer software/hardware issues, ensure timely resolution of all IT issues, maintain network facilities in individual machines, evaluate and modify system performance, make recommendations for future upgrades, and collaborate with the development environment. The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in IT system administration, with strong knowledge of IT Operating systems, particularly Windows and IOS. Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms, experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN), and patch management, as well as experience with Edge Router and CISCO Firewall management are desired. Excellent communication skills are also essential for this position. Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
