System Administrator/Network Administrator

**Job Description:** As a System Administrator/Network Administrator at Pulsus Healthtech LLP, your role will involve performing daily system monitoring to ensure the integrity and availability of all internal resources, systems, and key processes. You will be responsible for implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats. Your duties will include administering Active Directory User Objects and Computer Objects, maintaining system efficiency, and supporting users" desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. Additionally, you will be involved in network maintenance, troubleshooting, and problem resolution, as well as generating and retaining system backups and procedures. **Key Responsibilities:** - Administer Active Directory User Objects and Computer Objects - Administer servers, desktop computers, printers, switches, IP phones, software deployment, security updates, and patches - Maintain system efficiency and support users" desktops, laptops, and mobile devices - Network maintenance, troubleshooting, and problem resolution - Generate and retain system backups and procedures - Monitor usage and network traffic - Maintain access control lists and security protocols - Create, update, and maintain all network-related documentation - Install, support, and maintain all network servers and devices - Support LANs, WANs, Network Segments, Internet, and Intranet Systems - Identify and troubleshoot computer software/hardware issues and provide timely resolution - Maintain network facilities in individual machines - Evaluate and modify system performance and make recommendations for future upgrades **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT system administration - Strong knowledge of IT Operating systems, particularly Windows and IOS - Experience with Databases, networks (LAN, WAN), and patch management - Experience with Edge Router and CISCO Firewall management - Excellent communication skills - Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred *Note: The company, Pulsus Healthtech LLP, was established in 1984 and is currently expanding its healthcare informatics platform globally.
