Job Opening – Program Coordinator (Neonates Foundation of India) Location: Bangalore Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: Up to ₹3.6 LPA Working Days: Monday–Friday (weekends if required) Role Overview As a Program Coordinator, you will manage the end-to-end processing of beneficiary cases, coordinate with partner hospitals, ensure accurate documentation, and support families during the treatment process. This role demands strong process management skills, compassion, and a passion for social impact. Key Responsibilities Process and document beneficiary cases with quick TAT. Present cases at Beneficiary Recommendation Committee (BRC) meetings. Maintain & update the beneficiary database (BIMS system). Liaise with partner hospitals and internal teams for smooth case handling. Ensure accountability in beneficiary lifecycle management & reporting. Requirements Education: Graduate (any discipline; Social Work preferred). Experience: 2–3 years in process/documentation roles (insurance, financial services, or NGO experience preferred). Skills: Detail-oriented, process-driven, strong communication, database/documentation handling. Languages: English, Hindi, Kannada, Telugu preferred.
