Program Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Program Coordinator to independently manage and execute 3–10 day training programs in Functional Medicine and Weight Loss, conducted by Dr. Anjali Hooda

The ideal candidate should have experience in medical education, wellness program management, or event coordination with a strong ability to handle both online and offline formats.

Key Responsibilities

Program Planning & Coordination

Develop and manage the overall schedule for each training program (3–10 days).

Coordinate with Dr. Anjali Hooda to finalize course modules, study materials, and lecture content.

Identify and liaise with guest speakers, nutritionists, or functional medicine experts (if required).

Manage participant registrations, communication, and onboarding process.

Operations & Logistics

Handle venue selection, arrangements, and logistics for offline sessions.

Manage Zoom / webinar platforms for online sessions.

Oversee printing/distribution of study materials, manuals, and certificates.

Coordinate travel and stay arrangements for trainers and key participants (if applicable).

Marketing & Enrolment

Work with internal/external marketing teams to design promotional materials and social media campaigns.

Respond to **inquiries, leads, and enrollment-related communication

Maintain a participant database and post-program feedback .Execution & Reporting

Supervise daily program execution — attendance, technical setup, timing, recordings, etc.

Create **program reportswith participant feedback and financial summaries.

Suggest improvements for future batches.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,158.55 - ₹38,528.76 per month
