The Scientific Conference Coordinator is responsible for the successful planning, organization, and execution of scientific conferences. This role ensures a seamless experience for speakers, participants, and attendees by managing all aspects of conference logistics and communication. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate the end-to-end planning of scientific conferences, ensuring efficient execution and a high-quality attendee experience. Manage speaker outreach and communications, including sending invitations, confirming participation, and handling logistics. Oversee abstract submission processes, including system management, communication with authors, and coordination of peer review. Assist in the development of the conference program, including scheduling sessions, assigning speakers, and aligning content with conference objectives. Handle logistical arrangements such as venue coordination, audio-visual needs, catering, and on-site support. Collect and analyze post-conference feedback, generate summary reports, and assist with budget reconciliation and performance evaluation. Maintain communication with stakeholders using online platforms and tools to streamline planning and execution.
