We are seeking a business analyst for our Last mile IHS team. Title: Program Analyst - IHS & Amflex Location: Bangalore Essential Functions The person will be responsible for managing Driver experience, safety and insurance charters under the IHS & Amflex program. He/She will also work with stakeholder teams to identify opportunities for automation and streamlining of processes. The job requires a person who is good in excel, has good analytical and deep dive skills to analyze data and generate actionable insights. The person will need to work across cross-functional teams in IN and WW for program updates and benchmarking purposes. The person will be responsible for executing programs for both Flex and IHS. The person should also have good oral/written communication skills. Key job responsibilities The person will be responsible for managing Driver experience, safety and insurance charters under the IHS & Amflex program.
