Program Analyst I

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project activities valued at $25 million or less domestically. You will lead negotiations with internal or external clients, assist in the development of business plans, strategies, and approaches to capitalize on business opportunities, as well as manage vendor relationships. Your expertise in areas such as risk identification, project scope, and resource allocation will be crucial in ensuring project success. Monitoring performance and recommending schedule changes, cost adjustments, or resource additions will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will participate in budget development and evaluate how project plan changes impact cost and schedule, providing timely and accurate information and status updates to project sponsors and management. To qualify for this role, you should possess a degree in Engineering, Finance, or Business and have less than 5 years of experience. You will work under general supervision, and errors in your work may lead to delays, expenses, or disruptions to the project. You will typically report to the Program Manager or Department Manager.
