Program Analyst

As a Program Management Analyst, your role involves leveraging your experience in Program management, Project engineering, and Product Planning. Your key responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating a solid understanding and hands-on experience of Program Management processes - Appreciating the complexities of program delivery across multiple regions with multiple launch locations, including cultural and language barriers, diversity of skills, and practical challenges - Understanding Global Product Development Systems through demonstrated experience - Showing leadership behaviors such as Business Acumen, Drive for Results, Innovation, and Technical Excellence - Supervising and coaching junior Program Analysts - Possessing strong influencing skills and good English proficiency - Collaborating closely with Eu/NA/Mexico Core program management to ensure synergy - Driving program management disciplines across the extended program team - Leading key meetings and work streams in the Core Programs Office for the Program Manager - Acting as the key point of contact for other functions and regions when the Program Manager is unavailable - Demonstrating flexibility to work in a 7AM to 4.30PM shift Qualifications required for this role include: - BE in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering - 3 to 10 years of Program working experience - In-depth knowledge in Change Management - Experience in Excel Macros, Power BI, and Dashboard creation tools - PMP certification preferable Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to Product Development Process and global program management and approval processes. Your role will involve understanding program metrics, their interrelation, and maintaining the focus on teams to enable delivery at each Milestone.
