Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Program Advisor based in Delhi, India. The Program Advisor will engage with prospective students to understand their career aspirations and guide them toward suitable educational programs. Responsibilities include providing detailed program information, answering inquiries, counseling prospective learners to support their decision-making, and maintaining relationships to achieve enrollment goals. The Program Advisor will also work closely with marketing and operational teams to ensure a seamless applicant experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client engagement skills
• Sales and negotiation skills with a proactive approach to achieving targets
• Experience in counseling, career advising, or student onboarding
• Ability to understand and articulate program details and career outcomes
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; prior experience in education or training sectors is an advantage
• Passion for education and helping learners achieve their goals
